Yash Sheth is a photographer based in Mumbai. While training as an engineer, he randomly bought a cheap point-and-shoot camera, and soon found himself studying the craft intently, and after a few years of self-initiated practice and some positive feedback on social media, abandoned engineering to pursue a photography career. We featured his project “Varsha Ritu,” meaning “rain season” in Sanskrit, which explored the highs and lows of the monsoon season in the streets and grasslands of Mumbai.
